DESCRIPTION: Dear all local Bay Area Alumni,

Please join us this coming Sunday, June 24, for our annual send-off event for outgoing fellows. There will be food, drinks, picnic blankets, dogs (at least one), and best of all, PiAers. 

This is a relatively new tradition we've started in the Bay Area, where we meet the outgoing fellows from the Bay Area prior to their leaving for Asia, to get to know them, get to hear about what they'll be up to, share any advice we have, and generally just hang out and have a good time.

We'd love to see you there, and family and friends are welcome as well. Please RSVP so we can have a sense of numbers, and look forward to seeing you!

What: PiA Bay Area sendoff picnic
Date: Sunday June 24
Time: 1pm
Location: 250 Martin Luther King Junior Drive. We'll be set up near
the baseball diamonds. Text/call me at 415-407-2288 if you can't find
us - or just look for the group of people with a bunch of big trays of
Thai food sitting on picnic blankets.
What to bring: Yourself, an appetite, picnic blanket, anything else
you like (frisbee, football etc.)
